This digital badge has been awarded to the learner upon successful completion of their course, delivered by TSB and accredited by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. The Essential Digital Skills programme, or EDS, is a suite of online learning modules that help us to maximise the functionality of the tools we have available to us in Microsoft 365 – there’s a module focused on each of the nine digital applications that we use most at TSB. The apps are Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Power Bi, Yammer & OneNote. The learner has demonstrated their competence and confidence using nine Microsoft apps by completing the learning and passing the knowledge tests. (one quiz per app).
